Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the professional, organizational and personnel management of neurorehabilitation
• Further development of the Lengg Clinic in cooperation with epileptology in the sense of a competence center for neurology with a high-quality medical-therapeutic offer
• Promotion and development of the interdisciplinary team
• Creating an open, team-oriented culture of collaboration
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist areas and service providers as well as active referral management and close cooperation with referring doctors and institutions.
• Active participation and implementation of the strategic goals as a member of the management of Klinik Lengg.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, innovative leader with pleasure in interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Specialist title Neurology (FMH) or equivalent
• Several years of experience as a cadre physician in neurorehabilitation and/or inpatient neurology, including treatment of complex neurological diseases
• Proven clinical expertise in the areas of movement disorders (especially Parkinson's disease and tremor) and brain stroke treatment (acute phase and rehabilitation)
• Scientific interest, publications in relevant peer-reviewed journals. Ideally habilitated or shortly before habilitation maturity with interest in the continuation of scientific activity.
• Networked, solution-oriented and business thinking and acting
