Establishment of cantonal public law, the CNP has the task of conducting the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with the partner institutions.
The (CUP) ensures the assessment and management of acute crisis situations, in close connection with the Neuchâtel General Hospital and the care network.

o Ensure quality and consistency of care in both units, coordinate medical activity with colleagues and network partners o Develop direct and continuous clinical practice with patients
o Second and replace the Medical Officer of Service in Medical Services Management o Supervise and participate in all activities of the 2 units
o Participate in updating and developing diagnostic and therapeutic methods o Contribute to the institution's research activity o Participate in ongoing training and supervision activities
o additionally, having had the opportunity to frame a multidisciplinary unit/team successfully for several years, to carry a vision and accompany change o have a spirit of interdisciplinary teamwork and networking
o demonstrate leadership and a sense of planning, negotiation and flexibility o have a sense of listening and collegiality
