Tasks
The interdisciplinary cooperation, which is already strongly practiced today, will be further strengthened with the merging of all departments in the new building from 2027 and creates optimal conditions for future-oriented, networked medicine.
For the strategic and medical further development of our angiology, we are looking for a committed, managerial and professionally proven personality as chief physician / chief physician angiology.
- Medical, personnel and organizational overall responsibility for the area of angiology.
- Ensuring a high-quality, patient-centered diagnosis and therapy of the entire angiological spectrum, especially interventional.
- Further development of ambulatory and inpatient angiological care in close cooperation with the specialist disciplines of the house.
- Establishment and maintenance of interdisciplinary cooperations in particular with internal medicine, cardiology, radiology, vascular surgery, interventional radiology and family medicine.
- Co-responsibility for the strategic development of the Cantonal Hospital and active participation in care processes.
- Promotion of education, further education and training as well as supervision and support of assistant and senior physicians.
- Representation of angiology towards referees, specialist committees and external partners.
