Year of life who are in an acute mental crisis and whose mental illness requires an inpatient stay.
In our day clinic, we accompany people who need a supportive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic offer in everyday life with outpatient individual and group therapies.
Regardless of the diagnosis, the offer of psychotherapy is open to all patients in all hospital departments and can also take place in an outpatient setting.
Psychotherapy offers support and accompaniment in disease processing, mental stress and mental illnesses.
Their tasks
- Multifaceted key function in administrative and organizational matters
- You are responsible for the appointment coordination of the chief physician, senior physicians and senior physicians as well as for the organization of meetings and symposia
- Re-organization and optimization of the medical secretariats with relief of the interdisciplinary team
- Co-design and optimization of process flows in interprofessional cooperation
- Coordination of application processes and communication with internal and external bodies
- Active participation in the interdisciplinary triage system
- Planning of assistant doctors (job nantritt up to leaving)
- Management of the electronic staff deployment plan
- Supervision and active support of the medical secretariat by writing various reports dictating your profile
- Completed training as Chief Medical Secretary (preferably already experience in psychiatry)
- Proven, several years of professional experience as well as managerial experience in a comparable function in the healthcare sector
- Style-confident knowledge of German as well as sound IT user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) Open and team-capable personality with a rapid comprehension and the ability to think in a networked way
