- Developing business: More everyday relevance, high shopping frequency, strong assortment, freshness and a shopping experience that inspires customers - developing the full-fillment, logistics and last-mile – easy, reliable, scalable and economical
- Multi-year experience: Responsibility for a business or business unit in the field of e-commerce, food retail and/or online logistics
- Strong leadership experience over several stages, locations and functions
Main responsibilities
- Migros Online with a clear direction and entrepreneurial drive lead – across several locations in German and French-speaking Switzerland
- Developing business: More everyday relevance, high shopping frequency, strong assortment, freshness and a shopping experience that inspires customers - developing the full-fillment, logistics and last-mile – easy, reliable, scalable and economical
- Expanding digital strength: specifically use product, data, automation, personalization and agile software development to deliver customer experience, growth, efficiency and Advance scalability
Key requirements
- Multi-year experience: Responsibility for a business or business unit in the field of e-commerce, food retail and/or online logistics
- Strong leadership experience over several stages, locations and functions
- High digital competence: You have experienced or co-imposed a lot of software development, product teams, data-driven control and automation
