- Leadership of the Department of Neurological Rehabilitation and further development of the medical, interdisciplinary treatment offer
- Care of inpatients with clinical and qualitative final responsibility
- Implementation of the objectives and strategies of the clinic group Valens in accordance with the guidelines of the management Opportunity for outpatient office hours Conceptual cooperation in projects Requirements Medical diploma recognised in Switzerland
Main responsibilities
- Leadership of the Department of Neurological Rehabilitation and further development of the medical, interdisciplinary treatment offer
- Care of inpatients with clinical and qualitative final responsibility
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with other medical fields as well as therapy and care Night and weekend background work
- Further development of the medical treatment offer according to the latest findings of clinical sciences
- Ensuring high-quality training in the medical field
- Participation in internal clinical training for all areas
- Maintain and strengthen sustainable relationships with assigning specialists, hospitals and partners
- Specialist training neurology (FMH or MEBEKO recognised further training)
- Several years of professional experience, proven management experience Management training is beneficial
- Empathetic and innovative personality with pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation
