Welcome to Zürichberg. Right next to the historic 4* Boutique Hotel Zürichberg, the Fondue Chalet Zürichberg becomes a seasonal meeting place in winter. Here you will find Zurich, excursion and hotel guests as well as locals classic cheese fondue from the regional supplier, meat fondue and raclette as well as a vegan fondue from New Roots. The hut magic with picturesque views makes you forget that this special place of work is less than 20 minutes from the city center of Zurich. The passionate team takes care of the guests and creates special experiences – even at unique events. Are you our new team member who supports us as a cook: as of October 1, 2026? We are looking for a total of 2 people who limit us to 05. February 2027 in the Fondue-Chalet. Your area of activity:

• Independent management and organization of the hot and cold cuisine as well as a small dessert offer
• Creating all of the Mise en Place works for the Chalet Zürichberg. (cheese fondue, meat fondue and raclette)
• Ensuring consistently high quality food
• Preparation of all dishes by offer
• cooperation in the reception of goods and the management of warehouses.
• Submitting ideas for the further development of an inspiring and an innovative offer planning
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the working environment
• Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work
• Implementation and assurance of quality standards and the Sorell and ZFV guidelines (hygiene and occupational safety, service, etc.) Your strengths:
• Basic training as a cook: EFZ
• Experience in Swiss cuisine
• Experience with cheese specialties
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
