The Migros Restaurant Oerlikon offers fresh and seasonal food every day. From a large selection, our guests can cater throughout the day. To complement our team, we are looking for a service- and front-oriented personality who appreciates guest contact and brings pleasure to the profession.

Mansioni

• Preparation of the cold and warm food offer
• Advice and service of our guests as well as the menu output
• Establishment and maintenance of buffets in the Free Flow (guest area)
• Active support in the management of goods and in the reception of goods
• Various Mise en Place Work in the respective work area
• Compliance with GMZ quality standards and HACCP hygiene guidelines

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience: as cook
• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): as cook
• Flexible operational readiness from Monday to Saturday in different shifts (early and late services, without room hour)
• Motivated, organized and humorous team player personality
• Efficient, forward-looking and orderly work
• Enjoy working with colleagues from various backgrounds and cultures as well as with guests
• German (very good knowledge)
