Their tasks shall include

• Professional and personnel management of 6 specialist employees at the two locations
• Ensuring a contemporary and needs-based counseling offer on the topics of couple counseling, separation and divorce counselling incl. Mediation and sexual and pregnancy counselling
• Further development of the specialist office on the basis of the cantonal service mandate
• Promotion of internal and external networking with partner institutions in the catchment area incl. Lecture activities
• Initialization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects

• Studies in Psychology (FH or Uni) or Social Work
• Proven work experience in the context of consulting or Psychotherapy
• High degree of independence and a sense of responsibility
• Strong social skills for exchange with all stakeholders
• Leadership experience and further education in leadership and management are beneficial
• Experience in project management is beneficial
