IT architecture plays a key role in this project. As the right hand of the head of IT architecture, we are looking for the head of the architecture office.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for all governance processes of the IT architecture and the governance boards (IT architecture board, platform core team board)
• Further development, implementation and communication of the IT architecture Target Operating Model
• Establish and orchestrate the “Community of Practices” for the federated architecture organization
• Preparation of the IT landscape report and derivation of measures
• Management and further development of IT architecture inventories
• Budget planning and control for IT architecture
• Personnel management of a small team
• Completed university degree in computer science or comparable subject area
• Business administration supplement (e.g. MBA) is beneficial
• In-depth expertise in IT architecture as well as extensive experience in the banking environment with comparable size and complexity
• Solid technical foundations, ideally based on practical experience in software development
• You convince with the ability to develop and communicate strategies and with assertiveness
• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management
• Very good knowledge of German and English (min. C1)
