To complement our team «Construction Project Management Zurich Center & External Sites, Cluster HG/MM/ES» we are looking for a:n project manager:in (m/w/d) client. --- Mansioni In this position, you take responsibility for the project management of small or medium-sized conversions/refurbishments with high technical requirements from project planning to implementation by the SIA phases 21 – 53.

• Work closely with our engineering & systems and facility services departments.
• Control project teams consisting of internal and external experts.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders such as authorities and beneficiaries.
• Ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality standards.
• You can usually relocate your projects with single-powered models or general planners.
• Bring alternative approaches to design building profitable.
• Requisiti We are looking for a dedicated personality who has the pleasure of accompanying complex construction projects in an innovative environment:
• Technical training: Higher education in architecture, civil engineering or a similar subject with designated expertise in project management and/or construction management.
• Project experience: Multiannual experience as project manager for renovations or renovations of complex construction projects.
• Confidence with SIA phases: coordination of specialist teams in all SIA phases.
• Model diversity: Experience with conventional processing models (e.g. general planner or single power carrier models) and openness for integral approaches.
