Full description

We are looking for a project manager for the in-house creation of Migros. You are the central interface to internal clients, coordinate communication projects, sharpen briefings and ensure smooth processes. Together with the team management, you will continue to develop processes and standards and work closely with art, text, concept and video on various marketing measures.

Mansioni

• Central contact person for internal clients as well as advice on communication and creation requests
• Receiving, evaluating and sharpening briefings for optimal project implementation
• Planning, prioritization and coordination of ongoing projects in cooperation with Inhouse Creation management
• Supporting resource and capacity planning to ensure efficient operation
• Further development of processes, standards and working methods as well as support for the expansion of the in-house creation organization

Requirements

• In-depth professional experience: in agencies, marketing on the customer side or in-house agencies of advantage
• Completed initial or continuing education: in communication, marketing, advertising, business administration or comparable experience
• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Understanding brand management, corporate design and consistent brand communication
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
• German (flowing)
