As a project manager in the Digital Ecosystem, you connect customer needs, business and technology.

Tasks

• In the digital ecosystem, you will continue to develop the interaction of our digital offers and touchpoints such as ewz.ch (based on Adobe Experience Manager) and the customer portal "Mein ewz" with the connected backend systems.
• You identify and prioritize relevant challenges and analyze customer needs, business processes, data flows, interfaces and technical dependencies.
• From the identified challenges, you develop larger projects and translate professional and customer requirements into viable solutions throughout the entire process.
• You ensure that frontends, interfaces and backend systems work together in a meaningful way and coordinate the implementation with specialist areas, product management, product owners, UX and UI, corporate architecture, development and system managers.
• During implementation, you keep an eye on deadlines, budget, quality and risks, coordinate the technical tests and check the impact achieved using data and feedback.

Profile

• A higher education or further education in business informatics, computer science, digitization, business administration or a comparable area forms your professional basis.
• You will bring experience in managing digital projects as well as in the analysis and conception of continuous processes and technically integrated solutions.
• With interfaces, APIs, data flows and system integrations, you are very familiar and have experience in connecting web platforms or customer portals to backend systems.
• You understand complex professional and technical contexts, can formulate requirements in an understandable way and bring different interests together to implementable solutions.
• An independent, structured and impact-oriented way of working, a very good knowledge of German as well as the pleasure of taking part both conceptually and operationally, distinguishes you.
