Your tasks

• Project planning and management: Creation of project plans (dates, milestones, resources, budget) and monitoring of progress using appropriate methods (e.g. HERMES, Scrum).
• Requirements management: Collecting, documenting and prioritizing professional and technical requirements together with stakeholders in the field and ICT.
• Risk and quality management: Identifying project risks, deriving measures and ensuring defined quality standards.
• Team leadership and coordination: lead the ICT project team, distribution of tasks, facilitation of meetings and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Communication and reporting: Regular exchange and information of all parties involved. Your profile
• Completed university degree (Uni/FH) in the field of business informatics, business administration, health management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a hospital or other healthcare institution
• Proven project experience in the field of patient data, medical services and ERP systems (e.g. Nexus, SAP or similar solutions)
• In-depth knowledge and proven expertise in common project management methods – in particular PRINCE2, PMP (PMBOK) and/or HERMES (certification of advantage)
• Confident use of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (or comparable PM/ITSM tools)
• Negotiation-proof German (minimum C1) as well as good English skills in word and writing
• Structured, solution-oriented and autonomous working method
• High social skills and assertiveness – even in complex, multi-professional environments
• Analytical thinking and a sense of critical success factors
• Communication strength and pleasure in working with clinical and administrative departments
