• Organization of the assigned position
• Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• Preparation and serving of meals and desserts in the lunch and evening business
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety as part of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Support of the head chef in planning and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Assistance with ordering, goods acceptance and control as well as putting away the goods
• Requisiti
• Several years of professional experience: in the catering industry
• Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a chef
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes
• A service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
• You are a host with heart and soul, have good manners and a well-groomed external appearance
• German (fluent)
• Italian (an advantage)
