To strengthen the Swiss Re Gastronomy kitchen team at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon, we are looking for a committed and passionate personality. as Chef de Partie. Entry as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement. Their main tasks

• Independent preparation, organization and leadership in various posts to ensure a professional, creative and sustainable banquet service
• Implementation of our sustainable gastronomy strategy in our own area of responsibility in close cooperation with the team
• Active participation in the further development of our entire culinary offering
• Transfer of expertise to learners and take on a role model in their development
• The working days are at an 80% expense Monday to Thursday, with a 100% expense additional Friday
• Flexible working hours between 07:00 and 22:00 in shift operation (through service possible, room hour optional)
• Sporadic assignments at headquarters in Zurich and occasional weekend services

Swiss Re Gastronomy – Your working environment The Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue is a modern conference centre with hotel operations and stands for lived, uncompromising hospitality. In a kitchen team of around 25 employees and learners, you will create a versatile culinary offer for internal and external events – from aperos to lunches and dinners to large events and buffets. • Completed training as a cook and at least two years of professional experience
• Structured, independent and quality-oriented working method with high operational readiness
• Team-oriented personality with appreciative communication style and strong social skills

• Good oral German skills

For Switzerland, the basic salary range for this position is between CHF 50,000 and CHF 76,000 (for a full-time position). The specific salary offered takes into account:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role;
• the profile of the applicant, including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
