What to expect

• You ensure a high-quality assembly in compliance with all safety regulations
• You will lead a team of up to 10 installers and coordinate subcontractors on the construction site
• You control the planning in your region – from rough to detailed planning – and together with the assembly coordination you ensure a predictive and efficient implementation of all ongoing and upcoming projects
• You will handle customer complaints within ongoing projects in a solution-oriented and professional manner
• You develop pragmatic solutions for technical and organizational challenges
• You keep track of assembly progress in terms of quality, cost and deadlines
• You work closely with sales engineers, project engineers and assembly coordinators
• You actively participate in construction meetings and competently represent your projects there
• You delegate tasks specifically and ensure their implementation together with internal partners

What you bring

• Basic technical training in the electrical or mechanical sector, supplemented by commercial further training (completed or planned)
• Several years of professional experience – ideally in the assembly or maintenance of elevator installations – as well as initial management experience
• Good MS Office knowledge, a secure use of digital tools and ideally experience with SAP
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• And above all: You tackle, think and take responsibility
