For our Zurich region, the "Modernisation D-CH" unit within the "Buildings" division, we are looking for you as our new Head of Offering and Cost Planning (m/f/d). Your place of work will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon.

This position gives you the opportunity to play a key role in attracting new projects and actively shape the development of a strategic area at Implenia.

You move that

• You lead and develop the team for offer management and construction cost planning and actively shape processes, methods and the use of AI.
• You are responsible for the processing of project developments, overall performance competitions and TU submissions up to the successful submission of a bid.
• You ensure the cost-effectiveness, plausibility and quality of calculations and are responsible for risk management in the offer phase.
• You identify potential for optimization and develop innovative and economical solutions for our customers.
• You work closely with the management, specialists and internal stakeholders and contribute to the strategic development of the area.

This is why you succeed

• You have completed your studies as an architect: in or civil engineer: in (ETH/FH) and ideally an additional business education (MBA/BWL).
• You have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in the GU/TU environment and in construction cost planning.
• You have successfully managed complex large-scale projects and have a robust network in the real estate and construction industry.
• You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, sound calculation knowledge and a strong understanding of economic connections.
• You’ll be a high-communication leader with high social skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire teams for shared goals.
