• You develop our Specialities department professionally, organizationally and in terms of personnel.
• You acquire new orders and maintain existing customer relationships.
• You advise customers competently and develop suitable technical solutions in the area of data centers, district heating and special plants.

• You are responsible for compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

• Basic training in building technology.
• Further training at the level of HF, FH or a comparable qualification.
• You bring planning expertise and strategic understanding
• Several years of experience in project management or leadership in the construction industry
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced cost and quality awareness.
• Negotiation skills, communication skills and high customer orientation.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method.
