Tasks

• Together with around 12 employees, you as head of department ensure the sales success of your department.
• Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This is how you implement the corporate strategy in the team.
• They think and act entrepreneurially. This ensures that the right goods are always on the shelf. And they look great too.
• Your daily tasks? You create the personnel deployment plan incl. Cost control and you implement sales promotion measures.
• General administrative tasks are of course also included in your work in our successful company.

Requirements

• You are determined, solution-oriented and a winning sales person – with leadership experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
• Thanks to your professional training in the retail sector, you are a professional. Ideally, you have acquired your business skills during your further education as a retail specialist:in.
• We presuppose that you master German perfectly in writing and orally. With other foreign languages you can score with us.
• You are also familiar with the common office programs.
