• Operational medical controlling of the entire Limmattal hospital as well as analysis of services, revenues and contributions within the entire performance recording and billing process.
• Preparation of meaningful analyses and reports for hospital management and our clinics to assess quality and efficiency.
• Close cooperation at interfaces with other departments such as medical coding, performance management, patient management, QRM and finance.
• Control and further development of processes in the area of tariff systems (SwissDRG, TARDOC and ambulatory packages).
