Do you want to have a real impact in hospital operations and at the same time lead a team that ensures smooth processes every day?In this role, you take responsibility for the patient: inside and patient-related transports in the USZ and thus directly contribute to the quality of care and the experience of our patients: inside.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • Together with your team, you will ensure safe and reliable patient and patient transport within the USZ • Service planning as well as needs-based and efficient personnel planning are among your tasks • Work processes are continuously reviewed, optimized and improvements actively implemented • With the planning and implementation of training courses you promote the professional development of your employees • A friendly, professional and efficient service is a matter of course for you • In day-to-day operations, you can help and, if necessary, support the 7×24 operation with night and weekend operations. Requirements • Leadership experience as a team or shift leader: in or in a comparable function • Open and clear communication, a secure appearance and assertiveness distinguish you • The pleasure of being involved and actively involved in day-to-day operations • With your structured and organized way of working, you also keep track of hectic situations • Service orientation and joy in dealing with people are a matter of course for you • Reliability, resilience and willingness to take responsibility round off your profile • You also bring good IT user knowledge We offer: We offer you an exciting and varied environment with versatile tasks.
