You combine modern leadership with a strong understanding of service and want to actively develop recruiting?

Together with your team, design the talent acquisition for the Hirslanden clinic and the clinic in the park. You will strengthen the partnership-based cooperation with our managers and develop our recruiting processes in an innovative and future-oriented way.

YOUR TASKS

• Leadership and further development of a team of 3-4 HR recruitment partners
• Responsibility for professional and future-oriented recruitment for both clinics
• Management and further development of recruitment processes as well as ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Support and advice of the line along the entire recruitment process – from the opening of a vacancy, interviews and wage negotiations to the signing of the contract
• Active participation in recruitment and personnel marketing topics in cross-clinic and group-wide projects

Your profile

• College, college of applied sciences or basic commercial education, ideally with further training in HR or human resources
• Several years of experience in in-house recruitment (company side); Experience exclusively in recruitment is not sufficient
• First experience in healthcare
• First leadership experience is beneficial
• High service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of working with different target groups
• Motivating, enthusiastic personality with a safe and professional appearance
• Even in hectic situations you keep the overview and a cool head
• Enjoying a dynamic environment and actively shaping things
