To strengthen a manufacturing team, we are looking for a team leader for electronics manufacturing. 02 Your task – Professional and personnel management as well as support of a small production team – Organization and management of day-to-day business within the area of responsibility – Taking over the deputy of the divisional management in their absence Ensuring a smooth production process as well as the required quality and deadlines – Technical support for employees in challenging tasks Introduction, guidance and training of new team members Active participation in process optimizations, lean initiatives and continuous improvement measures – Practical cooperation in production, especially in assembly, soldering and testing work – Processing of individual products and smaller production series 03
