As head of the “Legal Data, AI & Outsourcing” team at Zürcher Kantonalbank, you work at the interface between law and technology and thus keep up with the times.

Your tasks

• Leadership of a team of proven experts: inside
• Advise all internal stakeholders on legal issues in the area of data law and related legal fields as well as governance issues
• Analyze and develop new legal requirements, templates, processes, concepts and controls
• Further develop the Group-wide legal data framework and maintain the legal data communities
• Collaboration in bank-wide change projects as a legal expert in data law and related fields of law
• Conducting physical and virtual training
• Monitor and impact analyses of data developments
• Participation in internal and external consultations and the provision of services
• Designated leadership experience
• University degree (MLaw, lic.iur. or Dr.iur.) and Swiss law patent
• Additional legal training such as LL.M. is beneficial
• In-depth experience in data law and related areas of law such as bank customer secrecy, contractual, competition, copyright, criminal law
• Expertise in advising on cross-cutting topics in the financial industry or other regulated industries as in-house legal mandatory
• You are strong in the analysis of complex, interdisciplinary questions, can show their impact and solution variants conceptually and precisely
• Flair for interdisciplinary and agile cooperation in a highly regulated environment
• Very high resilience and resilience, structured thinking and acting, strong communication skills with an addressee-appropriate language
• You shape your role proactively and take responsibility in a dynamic environment
