At the same time, you bring your technical know-how to exciting railway projects and work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the successful implementation of our signalling solutions. Your new role

• You will lead and develop the engineering team in the area of security systems Simis IS and promote an open, trusting and powerful team culture.
• You provide orientation, motivate your team in challenging situations and support the professional and personal development of your employees.
• You are responsible for engineering processes, drive their continuous improvement and strengthen quality, efficiency and profitability.
• As a sub-project manager, you assume responsibility for costs, deadlines and technical objectives.
• You work closely with international engineering teams as well as with product management, sales and other specialist areas and support in the creation of technical offers. You bring that with you
• Technical training at HF/FH level or equivalent, ideally in electrical engineering, transport systems or a related field.
• Initial experience in the management, development or professional management of employees and the ability to inspire, take and promote people.
• Experience in technical project environments as well as a structured, solution-oriented working method.
• Networked thinking, high personal responsibility and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders.
• Flowing knowledge of German and English
• Experience in railway safety technology or in the signal box environment is a plus. You benefit from
