YOUR TASKS

• You lead, promote and develop your dialysis team professionally and organizationally and create a motivating working environment.
• You ensure high-quality, safe and patient-oriented care as well as compliance with our quality standards.
• You plan and coordinate the personnel deployment and ensure that the dialysis station runs smoothly.
• You are actively involved in day-to-day care and perform complex dialysis-specific treatments and shunt punctures professionally.
• You promote close interdisciplinary cooperation and are committed to the continuous development of processes and quality standards.
• You take responsibility for the organization of the Picett Service and participate in the weekend Picett Service if necessary.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent education recognised in Switzerland.
• You bring several years of professional experience in dialysis as well as in-depth expertise.
• You already have leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership function and bring the corresponding potential.
• You convince through organizational skill, sense of responsibility, decision-making and a structured way of working.
• You communicate appreciatively, enjoy working in an interdisciplinary manner and understand how to motivate and develop employees.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing, further language skills are an advantage.
