Guests are offered lived hospitality to maintain an individual lifestyle. In the public restaurant „elegante“, fresh market and balanced dishes are also served to external guests.

Your tasks
- Responsible for the proper preparation and presentation of all types of meals according to the menu plan and special requests
- Responsible for regeneration, completion, and preparation of meals
- Co-responsible for efficient warehouse management
- Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
- Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
- Co-responsible for controlling and quality management
- Co-responsible for the training of apprentices

- Training as a cook EFZ with professional experience
- Organizational talent with solid technical knowledge
