Your mission You welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and competent manner - on site and on the telephone You coordinate admissions (planned and emergencies) and keep an overview even in hectic situations You record and maintain patient master data carefully and reliably You clarify insurance questions and provide support with administrative issues You work in shifts (including night and weekend shifts) and contribute flexibly to the team

• Requisiti
• A completed EFZ business clerk training (or similar e.g. MPA EFZ) and a few years of experience
• Ideally experience in healthcare and a service company
• Quick comprehension and joy in familiarizing yourself with new processes and systems in a short time
• A calm, professional and empathetic way of dealing with people
• Ability to process a lot of information at the same time and keep an overview even in complex situations
• Organizational skills, flexibility and a solution-oriented way of working, enjoy working precisely in administrative tools
• Discretion and sense of responsibility
• Very Good knowledge of German and confident PC user skills
• Foreign languages are a plus
