- Processing of incoming complaints according to the specifications of the card organizations (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Ensuring the processing, management, decision-making and, if necessary, forwarding of collection letters (credulous requests) to the specialist departments as well as carrying out fee collections
- Written advice and response to customer inquiries
- Active participation to optimize existing services, processes and tools
- Cooperation in projects as an additional task You bring that with you
- Completed training (preferably expert / woman customer dialogue or kaufm). Basic training
- Several years of experience in a similar function or as a chargeback employee with corresponding proof of performance is advantageous
- Good to very good PC and MS Office user knowledge
- Independent, team-capable and resilient personality with a strong focus on customers and services
- Negotiation security in German, French and English.
