100% The Security Directorate employs around 5,000 people.

The Security Directorate includes the Cantonal Police of Zurich, the Road Traffic Office, the Migration Office, the Office for Military and Civil Protection, the Cantonal Social Office as well as the Sports Office and the Recourse Department.

Company and context

  • You will accompany and advise on the development and implementation of measures to strengthen the ability of the organization to change and to further develop the organizational culture.
  • You take over the project coordination and the implementation of cantonal projects within the Security Directorate.
  • You will analyze and optimize processes and organizational structures, develop optimization proposals and advise the departments on the realignment.
  • You plan and lead workshops, training courses and information events and support internal communication.
  • Graduate degree at tertiary level in business administration or psychology, ideally with a focus on organizational development/management.
  • In-depth experience in change management as well as in transformation and digitalization projects.
  • Professional experience in public administration is beneficial.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of training courses and workshops as well as strong consulting, moderation and communication skills.
  • Digital competence and rapid familiarization with new systems.
  • Independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders.
