Company and context
- You will accompany and advise on the development and implementation of measures to strengthen the ability of the organization to change and to further develop the organizational culture.
- You take over the project coordination and the implementation of cantonal projects within the Security Directorate.
- You will analyze and optimize processes and organizational structures, develop optimization proposals and advise the departments on the realignment.
- You plan and lead workshops, training courses and information events and support internal communication.
- Graduate degree at tertiary level in business administration or psychology, ideally with a focus on organizational development/management.
- In-depth experience in change management as well as in transformation and digitalization projects.
- Professional experience in public administration is beneficial.
- Experience in the design and implementation of training courses and workshops as well as strong consulting, moderation and communication skills.
- Digital competence and rapid familiarization with new systems.
- Independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders.
