Our previous job owner has decided to resign from his position for health reasons. For this reason, we are looking for an innovative, energetic and implementation-strong personality as CEO / Chairman of the management 100% The Integrated Psychiatry Winterthur – Zurich Unterland (IPW) advises and accompanies people in crisis situations and with mental illnesses. As a psychiatric and psychotherapeutic competence center for the regions of Winterthur and Zurich Unterland, ipw serves people with a wide range of diseases and in all phases of the disease at 13 locations. ipw is particularly distinguished by individual treatment methods and offers tailored to the individual. In addition, ipw is a recognized educational institution for doctors, nurses and other health and therapy professions. It offers training places for various basic training courses and acts as a teaching hospital for the medical faculty of the University of Zurich. In close cooperation with the management and the hospital council, you shape the corporate and business strategy of ipw, taking into account current health policy developments and regulatory requirements. They are responsible for the creation and implementation of strategies and concepts as well as budget adherence and promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. Her strategic and entrepreneurial actions contribute significantly to the sustainable medical and economic success of the organization as well as to the positioning of ipw as an attractive employer. As a driving force, you and your leadership team actively promote topics such as innovation, cooperation, digitalization and sustainable development. You act as a reliable, binding and cooperative contact person for internal and external stakeholders. YOUR PROFIL You have a university degree in business administration and bring several years of leadership experience at the top management level in the healthcare sector, ideally in psychiatry or in the somatic hospital sector. They are well acquainted with the political, social and economic framework of health care. They have actively helped shape company developments and have the motivation to shape strategic and operational processes sustainably. You find an environment with creative leeway stimulating, you use it with foresight and implementation strength. Your strong strategic, operational and communication skills enable you to identify change as opportunities and drive it forward with positive energy. Even in complex or challenging situations, you act with negotiating skills, sovereignty and the necessary sensitivity. With your cooperative, goal-oriented leadership style, your pronounced social skills and your assertiveness – even in economically demanding times – you create trust and closeness among interprofessional teams within the organization as well as with external stakeholders.
