You work where your commitment really counts. How can employers use the domestic workforce potential? How does professional recruitment work within the framework of the job registration obligation? As a public employment agency in the Canton of Zurich, the Job Registration Centre (SMZ) assumes exactly this task and arranges job-seekers in the RAV for jobs subject to registration. To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for several committed personalities as of December 2026 or by agreement. The place of work is located in the Leonardo Zurich Nord commercial building. - Examination and publication of job notifications
- Advice to employers on job registration requirements
- Offering placement services in accordance with the specifications of the job registration centre and the needs of employers
- Placement of job seekers in compliance with the statutory deadlines
- Receiving and processing feedback from employers
- Customer Relationship Management Employers
- Data collection, processing and archiving
- Close cooperation and coordination with the RAV of the Canton of Zurich Your profile:
- completed apprenticeship EFZ and some years of professional experience in the gastro, technical or construction sector
- Experience in recruitment and knowledge of the Zurich labour market is advantageous
- exact working method, confident handling of time pressure and efficiency in administration
- Organizational skills
- convincing and adequate communication skills as well as strong sales on the phone
- stylish German in word and writing, other languages of advantage
