In this temporary role, you will support our team in offering our customers a first-class service in the areas of occupational pensions, life insurance and social insurance. This is an ideal opportunity to gain deep insight into the insurance industry and actively contribute to the success of our Customer Operations team.
In the area of customer operations, we design the individual experiences of our customers in the event of damage and performance. They are our focus and together with them we find the right solution. In this way, our customer-first mentality ensures maximum customer satisfaction.

- Active and intensive support in the competent advice of our customers – mainly by telephone, but also by e-mail as well as via modern communication channels such as WhatsApp and iMessage. You are our most important voice to the customer
- Cooperation in the professional processing of inquiries, offers and complaints
- Opportunity to contribute to the continuous optimization of existing processes and to develop your own ideas
- You will learn to convey complex insurance topics in an understandable and customer-oriented way
- You help ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction
You bring that with you
- You are currently enrolled in a college or university, ideally in an economics, law or related degree program
- You are communicative, open-minded and enjoy the daily exchange with different personalities
- Very good knowledge of German and French in word and writing are mandatory requirements
- First experiences in customer service, contact center or in a similar customer-oriented role are beneficial, but not a must. More important is your fast comprehension and strong willingness to learn
- Interest in the areas of social insurance or BVG knowledge are advantageous, or the motivation to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with these topics
- Safe handling of MS Office is a matter of course for you
