• Ensuring competent care and care of residents
• Assuming daily responsibility in Spitex everyday life
• Assumption of complex care situations, implementation of care planning through needs assessment with InterRai HC
• Maintaining according to the basics of palliative care, kinesthetics, basal stimulation and validation
• Maintaining electronic care documentation with Care Coach
• Participation in the continuous improvement process for optimal care and support of our clients: inside
