Your main tasks

• Planning, coordination, recording and confirmation of outpatient appointments for patients.
• Administrative preparation of office hours
• Telephone and written contact with patients, assigning doctors, hospitals and internal offices of the USZ
• Close cooperation with clinic manager, doctors, nursing and other interdisciplinary and external services
• Responsibility and supervision of an HMS intern (KV)

You bring that with you

• Commercial or equivalent basic training, ideally with professional experience in the medical field
• Training as a vocational trainer:in or willing to complete the course internally
• Reliable, discreet and team capable personality as well as friendly and courteous appearance
• Strong organisational talent and high resilience
• Very good knowledge of the common MS-Office products as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with the clinic-specific software (KISIM).
• Style-confident German in word and writing, further language skills of advantage
