Your everyday work

• To welcome every visitor warmly and stylishly, embodying the elegance of the house and leaving a well-kept, unforgettable first impression.
• Recognize the customer’s expectations as soon as they arrive and tactfully guide them to the area, location or contact person that best suits them in order to offer them a smooth and individual experience.
• Ensure a harmonious and calm atmosphere in the reception area by showing serenity, courtesy and flexibility – even at peak hours.
• Ensure perfect coordination with the various teams (sales, operations, security) by sharing arrivals and appointments in real time to ensure optimal support.
• Precisely manage the schedule by updating arrivals, postponements and cancellations while ensuring seamless tracking.
• Use a special digital tool to control the flow of visitors, track the number of visitors in the store in real time and optimize the flow of customer visits.
• Offer an attentive and proactive service, such as umbrella assistance, drink service, or courteous escort to the exit or vehicle.
• Ensure an enjoyable experience for waiting customers by tactfully communicating when the store has reached its maximum capacity and making sure to keep waiting times as short as possible.

The Keys to Your Success

• Demonstrable experience in the hospitality industry or in premium retail in dealing with a demanding customer as well as a strong sense of service quality.
• Excellent skills in customer service, coupled with a warm, professional and customer satisfaction-oriented attitude.
• Very good knowledge of the region to inform visitors about Geneva and the surrounding area and provide them with orientation.
• The ability to act serenely and professionally in peak hours while always ensuring an attentive reception.
• A cordial and authentic manner that promotes a smooth and positive approach to each customer while maintaining a discreet attitude.
• Perfect command of German and English to easily receive local and international customers
