Key requirements

Company and context

- The objectives are to deliver a project in accordance with our specifications and customer expectations, guaranteeing the expected performance during the project phase. SIA 6 – Exploitation
- Support for in-house teams to monitor the operation of HVAC facilities. Management and coordination
- Ensure technical, financial and temporal progress of projects
- Monitor financial indicators and ensure rigorous budget management
- Ensure documentary compliance according to ISO requirements
- Have a thorough knowledge of the project contract (prerequisites, services included and not included) Support management in acquisitions
- Organize and monitor projector activity and internal resources in coordination with other disciplines
- Work closely with architects, study offices and various trades
