As a Category Field Manager, you are responsible for the assortments of ingredients, vinegar vegetables, olives and antipasti. You develop attractive assortments, inspire our customers with innovative products and together with internal and external partners, ensure an optimal assortment mix.

• Determination and further development of the product ranges based on customer needs, market observations and trend analyses taking into account the strategic guidelines
• Responsibility for budgeting sales, corresponding growth and profitability of the product ranges
• Self-managing of the product ranges and implementation of the Category Strategy in close cooperation with purchasing, specialist departments and other internal and external stakeholders

Requisiti

• Multi-year professional experience: in the category– / Product Management in retail trade or consumer goods marketing (Food)
• Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the field of marketing, business administration or comparable training and further education
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
• High social competence with high communication and conflict resolution ability
• High awareness of responsibility and willingness to develop as well as a service-oriented mindset and customer focus
• A quality of range and passion for culinary
• German (flowing)
• English (good knowledge)
