- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in marketing, business administration or comparable education and training Excellent MS-Office knowledge
- High social competence with high communication and conflict resolution capability
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to develop as well as a service-oriented mindset and customer focus
