• Responsibility for the product management of all own and third-party brands in the assigned range areas, including definition of product specifications for own brands
• Ensuring detailed assortment planning and design as well as the preparation of annual activity/communication planning
• Active controlling, market monitoring, competition and trend analyses and implementation of measures in the relevant markets
• Achievement of agreed annual qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Professional management and participation in projects

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: in category or product management, preferably in the consumer goods / FMCG area
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration or equivalent further education
• Knowledge in the field of consumer goods, preferably experience in Far East procurement
• Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a good understanding of market and customer needs and experienced MS-Office & SAP knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills paired with assertiveness
• Initiative, independence and a networked way of thinking combined with an empathetic and team-oriented personality
• German (flowing)
• English (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. After processing, the result of the leader is presented and then discussed together. Usually, the team is also represented at the presentation. As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
