• Monitoring and maintaining master data (articles and suppliers) and ensuring high data quality
• Preparation of price comparisons, calculations as well as inquiries and contract renewals to ensure a sound basis for decision-making and efficient cooperation with suppliers
• Obtaining standard offers, creating recurring assortment analyses and system capture and control of actions and activities
• Ensuring business correspondence and efficient cooperation with suppliers, cooperatives, category management, interfaces, etc.
• Independent processing of inquiries and complaints from the M-Infoline and Storehelp as well as active support in quality planning and assurance

Requirements

• First years of professional experience: in the same or similar function
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial or equivalent training
• In-depth user knowledge in MS-Office (especially Excel) and SAP
• Independent and communication-strong working method with an eye for detail
• Experience ideally with focus on assortment management, master data maintenance or commercial processing
• Open, friendly and reliable personality
• German (flowing)
• English (negotiable)
• French (advantageous)

Recruitment process

• Getting to know the team: Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. In a casual framework, we therefore give the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
