- The case manager is responsible for processing IV applications of minors with health restrictions, in close cooperation with internal (professional and integration consultants, lawyers, RAD doctors) and external partners (schools, educational institutions, medical partners, etc.)
- He/she examines and accompanies the applications and coordinates the specially developed benefits for young people in the context of the further development of the IV (early detection and intervention measures) until the assessment of pension entitlement
- He/she is also the contact person for the cantonal networks (school, vocational counselling, hospital, etc.) and advises on issues of disability within the meaning of IV Desired profile
- Training at a university of applied sciences or federal certificate in the fields of social sciences, health, case management or equivalent training
- Knowledge of compulsory education, vocational training and/or health
- Designated professional experience in social security or in the administrative and social care of persons
