Role overview

Your tasks You will carry out detailed analyzes of our case data in order to identify and realize potential for improvement.

Ensuring correct case management in terms of data quality and content for each insurance group, outpatient and inpatient.

Development of cross-interface processes together with rejection management and dispositions.

Participation in setting up internal controlling for case monitoring and developing new guidelines for case management.

• Your profile You have training and/or further training in the commercial sector and have proven experience in the healthcare sector.

You are familiar with medical terminology and have experience with organizational processes in the healthcare sector.

Solution-oriented and independent work as well as networked thinking are easy for you.

Your high IT affinity supports you in setting up and further developing processes.

Initiative, the ability to work in a team and a quick comprehension also characterize you.
