• From the first day of direct customer contact – Right from the start, you make a relevant and important contribution to auditing consolidated and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards, directly at our customers’ premises, offices or home offices.

• Diverse tasks with growing personal responsibility – New challenges await you every day. Depending on the mandate, you will support with process understanding, the analysis of balance sheet performance statement positions, control audits, detailed tests and inventories. With increasing experience, you conduct surveys with the customer independently, apply analytical auditing procedures and coordinate tasks with the extended team.
• Deloitte Way of Working - You use our audit tool OMNIA, which integrates AI-enabled technologies to perform risk-based and data-driven audits. You will develop skills in data analysis and digital audit methods, which are essential in modern auditing. You bring that with you
• You will ideally bring a bachelor's or master's degree (uni or FH) in economics with a focus on auditing, accounting, finance or controlling and initial practical experience.
• You have excellent analytical skills, a quick comprehension and pleasure in solving complex tasks efficiently and precisely.
• You come with a positive and result-oriented attitude as well as a willingness to take responsibility and find individual solutions for our customers.
• You bring the motivation, the education as a federal dipl. to graduate with ExpertSuisse (https://www.expertsuisse.ch/training).
• Excellent German and good English skills. You can score extra points.
• Practical experience in auditing, accounting, trust, finance/controlling
• Excel knowledge, data analysis & data management - secure handling of data, affinity for modern analysis tools and technologies.
• Organizational talent and structured thinking – keep track of multiple tasks at the same time and communicate progress and challenges transparently and proactively.
