- Your duties Co-responsibility for a station with 11 residents with a moderate to severe dementia Care and support of the residents in all areas of daily life Support for personnel and organizational guidance of 10 employees and 1 to 2 trainees Individual and relationship-oriented care, care and support of our residents Ensuring the care process, the life environment and everyday design incl.
