Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of about 10 employees in the sales department
- Organization and management of day-to-day business as well as assignment planning of the team
- Ensuring efficient order processing and billing
- Support, advice and complaint management of our customers
- Close cooperation and support of the external service and internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with quality, process and safety requirements
- Support and training of apprentices in sales services
- Continuous optimization of processes and processes
Requirements
- Commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in sales or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in sales or Sales environment, food experience and/or in a manufacturing company
- Several years of leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of French
- Strong customer and service orientation
