For our organic certified agriculture we are looking for 1. November 2026 or by arrangement as Team leader/in farm (90%) You love working with people and feel just as comfortable in farming outside. As a reliable and empathetic personality, you will lead together with professionals the two areas of “stall” and “farming” of our organically certified agriculture. You accompany employees with support in their daily work and thus make a significant contribution to the fact that we can offer them a versatile workplace oriented to their needs. The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called “Wagi”) in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees in assisted jobs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a demand-oriented offer of living and care places as well as various day and leisure offers, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents. - Management of specialists and employees in need of support
- Accompanying, supporting and guiding people at work
- Ensuring animal welfare and daily work with animals
- Interdisciplinary cooperation in agriculture and other areas in Wagerenhof
- Documentation management services
- Compliance with quality and safety regulations
- Maintaining contact with neighbours, relatives and internal and external contacts
- Participation in training, training, technical advice
- Participation in working groups and projects
- Ideally, work-agogic or socio-educational training or several years of experience working with people in need of support
- Several years of experience in agriculture and working with animals
- Knowledge of organic guidelines
- Independent working methods and high flexibility (willingness to provide weekend service and pikettdienst)
- Cat B ticket and solid PC skills
