• You are responsible for the Use and Acquisition team for the Greater Zurich region, including the central station, urban stations and Europaallee, and you reconcile economic objectives and high quality of stay.
• With your team of around 9 people, you acquire new tenants and develop an attractive rental mix for the portfolio you are responsible for.
• You lead and develop your team both strategically and operationally and create clarity on objectives, priorities and results.
• You develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners on an equal footing.
• You carefully prepare demanding negotiations and see them through to their conclusion in order to attract suitable partners for the properties. You represent property management in the steering committees of major projects.

• You participate in conceptual, strategic or product-related projects at a higher level and take leadership where necessary. What you bring.
• Leadership and pleasure in developing employees, with clear and rewarding communication.
• Great negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management in demanding real estate environments.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic and field-oriented approach.
• Several years of experience in real estate or in the marketing/use of retail, gastronomic and office space, and success in supporting complex projects.
• University degree or HES in business economics, real estate/Real Estate Management or related discipline, supplemented by several years of managerial experience in a comparable function.
• Fluency in oral and written German (C2) and good knowledge of French and/or English (B1).
