Do you want to take the next step in your career and assume leadership responsibility in a dynamic logistics environment? In this role, you lead a team of five employees and actively shape the further development of our Projects & Specials division. The position is deliberately set up as a development role and offers you the opportunity to qualify for further management tasks within Hilti, for example in logistics management, sales or international functions. You report directly to the management member for logistics. You will work closely with different divisions and make an important contribution to offering our customers innovative products and services. The job is possible in both 100% and job sharing with 50-70% per person.

Your profile

• Completed university studies, ideally in the commercial or engineering field
• Very good knowledge in the management of customer projects as well as understanding of tenders, prefabrication and project business
• First leadership experience desirable
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, knowledge of lean methods and problem-solving techniques
• Negotiation-proof knowledge of German and English, French as well as high IT affinity (ideally SAP)
